Excellent service

Excellent service from EMP Movers! I hired them for a house-to-house move and included the Heavy Duty service for heavy items. It was completely worth every penny! The team arrived on time, treated all my furniture with great care, and handled the heavy items effortlessly. Very professional, efficient, and cautious. I 100% recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company—they are absolute rockstars! The team arrived right on time and was incredibly energetic, efficient, and highly professional. Everyone spoke fluent English, making the entire experience completely seamless and stress-free. They took exceptional care of every single item, handling my belongings with precision and perfection. The logistics were flawless from start to finish. If you want a 100% stress-free move with a top-tier crew, look no further. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to everyone!

This was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Jose A, Fernando, Jose S and Jose M made this move exceptionally comfortable and they truly went the extra mile again and again to ensure our experience was the best it could be. We highly recommend these teams without reservation!!!

Jose, Alan & YeBrail were very professional and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for moving services. We moved from Crosby to Sealy and it was great! They took such great care not only for our belongings but both homes!

Pedro, Anderson & Milton were amazing movers. They worked carefully, attentively, and best of all, fast. No problems with heavy furniture or difficult stairways. Nothing was damaged or broken. I will be recommending them to all of our friends.

Excellent service for the entire 6 hours move. Professional and great customer service from Anderson, Milton and Johan. 100% Satisfaction.

TLDR: cannot give 5 stars since it was not a perfect move. but the company was responsive and did everything in their power to make things right. And they did. Maybe that is the most important thing for anyone reading this.

Had big move out of office and Milton, Angel, Anderson were super efficient and helpful for it! Thanks to them!

We hired them for a 5-bedroom house move, and they blew us away! The team was super friendly, extremely efficient, and handled all of our belongings with complete care from start to finish. Everything went so fast and smoothly! Their English communication was top-notch, making the whole process effortless. Plus, they offer very reasonable pricing for such high-quality service. I highly recommend them to anyone moving!

Milton y su equipo hicieron de nuestra mudanza una experiencia extraordinaria, ellos fueron súper puntuales, cuidadosos y profesionales. Los recomiendo ampliamente además de ser muy respetuosos y organizados tienen excelentes tarifas.

Jose, Alonso, and Alex did a great job. They are fast and efficient. Impressive work. Thanks guys

Exceptional service! The 3 guys did a very well job!

We have used this company 3 times in Katy TX (local move) and 2 out of 3 times the service was fantastic. It depends somewhat on the crew that you get. Our most recent service had Jose A and Ricardo and they were super fantastic. Not only were they efficient and careful, but they were also very considerate and patient. I was asking them to put things in specific rooms (because I can't move heavy things by myself) and they were very accommodating with helpful attitudes. I REALLY appreciate that. They unloaded our moving truck in record time as well, because they use dollys effectively (instead of trying to hand-carry everything). Moving is so tiring and stressful, but it helps to get a great moving crew. Thanks Jose and Ricardo!! (Sorry I did not get the 3rd man's correct name, but he was great too.)

Had the best experience with EPM today. What I originally expected to be a 4-5 hour move turned into much longer but not because of the crew. We had multiple stops and they were very flexible with us. Jose, frank and Miguel were so efficient and fast, especially considering how many heavy items we had as part of the move, multiple safes etc. Will definitely use them again for any future moves

On April 29th, I contacted EPM Movers needing an immediate move, and their representative was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled the same day for 1:00 PM. I was assigned Jimmy, Anderson, and Jose, and from the beginning, they were patient, professional, and understanding. When we arrived at my storage facility, we were met with something completely unexpected, my belongings had been severely damaged due to an infestation at the storage facility. I was unaware of the situation and was completely shocked to discover that rats had destroyed many of my personal belongings. The movers explained that because of the extent of the damage and infestation, they could not safely pack everything. Despite the circumstances, the team showed incredible compassion and understanding. Knowing I was already overwhelmed especially being pregnant and dealing with such a stressful situation they still did everything they could to help salvage and move what was possible. Unfortunately, some items had to be left behind because the damage was simply too severe. I was moving from Southwest Houston to the Galveston area, nearly an hour away, and despite the unexpected delays and challenges, the team worked quickly to load, transport, and unload my belongings at my new apartment. What stood out most was their kindness at the end of the move. I came up short on the remaining balance due to everything that had happened unexpectedly, and they showed empathy and allowed me to pay what I had available at the time. That level of understanding meant more to me than I can put into words. This move was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had, but Jimmy, Anderson, and Jose showed professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything they did for me.

First time using EPM Movers and first time using this type of service ever, and im beyond satisfied. I had a wonderful experience moving with EPM MOVERS. My crew—Jose, Anderson, Mejia, and Burra—was fantastic. They were incredibly hard-working, didn't waste any time, and got the job done efficiently. They really listened to my needs, accommodated everything I asked for, and made the entire process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I’ve used this moving company two times now, and they’ve been consistently excellent every single time. Most recently, Jose, Eduardo, and Franco were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. They made the entire moving process feel smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank Hector for getting everything set up at the beginning. He provided clear details and helpful tips ahead of moving day, which made a big difference in how organized and seamless everything went. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such reliable service over multiple moves, but this team truly does. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and professional moving experience.

Jose, Anthony and Franco were awesome movers. They were willing to do what was needed to make the set up perfect. I would also like to commend the company for awesome communication and their pay when finished policy. I would HIGHLY recommend them for quality and affordability. Thanks Melissa

Just used this service for my move from Houston to Fort Worth and it was such a great experience! The team was very professional and took great care of my items. The price was very fair, especially for a long distance move!

I had a great experience with EMP movers! Jose, Juan & Xander were quick & took their time wrapping my furniture to make sure nothing got damaged. My freight elevator didn’t fit my couch so they actually took it up the stairs. Most moving company would have denied you.. I’m on the 6th floor so they definitely need a raise! Thank you Jose, Juan & Xander. Definitely recommend these guys!
