Delivery: The remaining balance is due in full at the time of delivery prior to unloading of the truck. Deposits are not refundable. Should there be any other services provided, additional costs will be charged.

Our moving teams are equipped with standard tools for disassembly and reassembly, as well as stand-up dollies and four-wheel dollies to ensure the safe transfer of your household items. However, please note that for safety reasons, we do not disassemble or reassemble baby cribs, bunk beds, or exercise equipment.

We offer full and partial packing services, along with the necessary box materials, to alleviate the stress of packing. We recommend being fully packed and prepared before our movers’ arrival for the most cost-efficient move.

Billing for all local moves is based on hourly rates, determined by the size of the crew. A two-hour minimum, along with a service fee, applies. Any labor time beyond two hours is pro-rated in 15-minute increments.

Additional charges may apply for select pianos and safes, depending on the pickup and delivery location layout. For items exceeding 300 lbs, please contact us with additional location details for a more accurate estimate.

For safety, expertise, and liability reasons, EPM Movers does not disconnect/reconnect washers, dryers, or appliances that require removing hoses, gas/electrical connections from the wall or pipes. We recommend hiring a handyman or plumber to handle this task before your move.

Our movers will do their best to safely move your fridge and other appliances. However, they can only navigate items through open doorway access and do not remove door frames. Oversized appliances are managed on a case-by-case basis

We can remove flat-screen TVs from mounts and can also remove or attach mounting devices to wall structures for an extra cost. Additionally, we offer TV Boxes with foam for extra cost, providing the safest way to transport your TV. Alternatively, our movers will protect your TV with blanket pads.

All licensed movers in Texas have a standard liability of $0.60 cents per pound per article. For instance, if a 50-pound item is damaged during the move, we are required to reimburse you $30.00 (50 lbs. x $0.60 = $30.00). This liability is not insurance, and we would like to encourage you to consult your personal homeowners/renters insurance agent for coverage.
